For any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the package. All purchase exchanges and refunds will be minus the shipping cost. Please be sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions. Please contact us for return instructions. Do not return any item before you have contacted us. A refund will be credited back to your credit card minus the shipping and handling or freight charges.

FineLeatherLuggage.com products are guaranteed for their natural life and to be free of manufacturing defects. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather symptoms of the natural product. Our bags are folded for shipping and storage - any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use. Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse, we will contact you if items are backordered. 

We normally ship all in stock items within 24 hours from the time your order is received. On occasion where there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via e-mail.
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS ground and are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day the order was placed.
